Vacuum Bag Film

TVacuum bagging system consist of an airtight clamping envelope with a method or removing air from the envelope until the epoxy adhesives cures.

A variety of materials are needed to complete the vacuum system and assist in the laminating process.

We supply vacuum bag film that form half or the airtight envelope around the laminate.

If you plan to use vacuum pressure of less than 5 psi at rom temperatures a 6 mil polyethylene plastic can be used. For high pressure and high temperature application specially, manufactured bag material proposed by our supplier shall be used.

Vacuum Tape

Vacuum sealants (tape) are used to provide a continuous airtight seal between the bag and the mould around the perimeter of the mould.

The tape is also used to seal the point where the manifold enter the bag and to repair leaks if any.

The quality we propose has an high surface adhesion force on the vacuum bag ,and at the same time peels easily from the mould after cold or heated curing.

Peel Ply

Our partner developed a complete range of peel plies : from 50 to 185 g/m², dyed or undyed, with stripes, polyamide or polyester, bands or full width. PA85 is the standard quality, taffetas weave, white with stripes.


Those fabrics are used to impart a textured surface to able to manufacture your own peel ply with specific characteristics.

All the peel plies are treated in order to remove all pollutant products (like silicones for example) which could be found on the laminate.

MP Peel ply is a microporous multilayer system used in manufacturing processes for vacuum moulding of composite materials with techniques such as : prepreg, wet lay-up and thermoplastic.


The perforated film is now replaced by a microporous film full of tiny pores. Under vacuum, the liquid (resin) can’t pass through the film, contrary to the gases.

Gelcoat Tinting Center

Our partner has developed is own state of the art gelcoat tinting centermachine,with a fast and reliable colour matching.

Pre registered custom colour codes are readily available to deliver precision coloured gelcoats in minutes.

With an intuitive interface the system automatically creates the formulation by selecting custom colour codes or offering the option of unlimited colour matching .

Auxiliary Materials

Our partner is able to deliver a complete line of accelerators , additives, hardeners, catalyst, diluents, monomers, cleaning solvents and a variety of necessary consumables.


To note that accelerators are chemical substances which activate peroxides.


Even if some gelcoats are pre-accelerated depending on the processing conditions, users must add accelerator into the gelcoat or resin and then, only after carefully mixing, should add peroxides.

Organic Peroxides

Organic peroxidesare composite curing agents for thermoset resins, coatings and specialty monomers We are able to propose37 different products in a variety of packaging options:

  • liquid (5 to 170 kg)
  • powder (25 to 50 kg)
  • paste in tube (25 to 60 gr).
And depending of the product type we are able to provide ventilated caps or jerry taps.

Ultrasonics Tools

Our partner has developed a flexible modular welding system of high-quality ultrasonic components, that can be implemented exactly following your most demanding applications.

 

You will receive a digitally connected turnkey system manufactured in compliance with DIN ISO 9001 which features soundproofing, enclosures, rotary indexing tables and additional functions, such as quality inspections or the option of performing several welding processes in succession.

 

An addition equipment is ultrasonic cleaning with rod transducer that can be operated with up to 2000 W power output , whistanding temperature of up to 95 C, resistant to vacuum and positive pressure up to 1 MPa and under a frequency range from 25 to 40 KHz
